A woman in her 80s is about to have what's supposed to be her last visit to her new home as a result of his eviction.

Alex has been living in the nearby Vans Outlet with her aunt and her mother.

The 57-year-old had been living with her mother, and her oldest child, in a home they owned and which the couple were using for day care a few years ago. It was only when Alex had taken that step with her that she suddenly found something new, and she thought she could be the one to call her father for an eviction hearing.

So, from just past 4.30am on Tuesday March 15, 2015, she set out to pick up her belongings and leave a note that would leave him well alone.

"I thought I would be there for a while until he told [my mother] that I would be going, and he told me he was going to get a couple of bags of what was probably some sort of toilet paper.

"So that didn't last long, it all escalated quite a bit."

Alex has been living in the Vans Outlet with her aunt and her mother for a while and she made a few small visits to check with the fire department but her first time out on the property she found out there were
